日粮中添加过瘤胃脂肪和过瘤胃蛋氨酸对荷斯坦奶牛生产性能的影响 被引量:8

摘要 为了明确过瘤胃脂肪和过瘤胃蛋氨酸对荷斯坦奶牛生产性能的影响,科学筛选过瘤胃添加物组分,本试验随机抽选20头成年荷斯坦奶牛,随机分为4组,分别饲喂不同组分日粮。通过对产奶量和乳成分进行统计分析,发现同时添加了过瘤胃脂肪粉和过瘤胃蛋氨酸的A料组有增加四川地区荷斯坦牛产奶量的趋势,但是差异不显著(P>0.05);A料组的乳脂率与另外3组有显著性差异(P<0.05),相比对照料组,乳脂率提高了18.05%。本试验表明,同时添加了过瘤胃脂肪粉和过瘤胃蛋氨酸的A料日粮是最优日粮配方。 In order to determine the effect of rumen protected fat and methionine on the production performance of Holstein dairy cows, the rumen protected components were scientific screened. 20 adult hol- stein cows were randomly divided into four groups- they were fed with different composition diets. The resuits showed that the milk production of A group increased, but not significant (P〉0.05}; A group and the other three groups had significant difference on butter-fat percentage (P〈0.05), compared with the control group, butter-fat percentage increased by 18.05%. The test indicated that the diet added with tureen pro- tected fat and methionine was optimal, it was A group's diet formula.
