摘要 以硅铝基胶凝材料对广西某电解锰公司的电解锰渣设计了浆体质量浓度、废石掺量、废石粒径分布以及养护龄期4个因素3个水平的正交试验。试验结果表明:当浆体质量浓度为70%、废石掺量为10%,废石粒径5~10 mm,养护龄期28天是固结体试件强度最好,可达2.00 Mpa,符合固结充填强度要求。但最优强度组合,电解锰渣浆体呈半固态性状,没有流动性能,不符合充填要求,为此控制浆体质量浓度为变量,其它因素为最优组合条件下的参数为定量,设计了单因素试验,结果表明:当浆体质量浓度为67%,其塌落度为193 mm,流动度219 mm,扩展度380 mm,能实现浆体充填,其28天抗压强度为1.7 MPa,符合矿山充填要求。 To explore the silicon aluminum gelled material solid in EMM residue from an electrolytic company in Guangxi province,we have made an orthogonal experiment of " Four Factors in Three Levels",by using the slurry concentration,the gravel dosage and the gravel size distribution and the curing age. The results indicate that,when slurry concentration is 70%,the gravel dosage will be at 10% and the gravel size will be from 5 to 10 mm. There is 28 d curing age,including the concretion body's unconfined compressive strength to 2. 00 MPa,conforming to the requirements of the strength of consolidated filling. However,the electrolytic manganese slag slurry was semi-solid traits with no flow property at the optimal combination of strength in the optimal strength combination. It is not satisfied to have the packing requirements. Then,the single factor experiment was designed in the quality of slurry concentration as variable and other optional factors conditions as ration. The results show that when slurry concentration is 67%,there is 193 mm slump with 380 mm fluidity and 219 mm extension. It is comforting that the slurry filling with 28 days of compressive strength to 1. 7 MPa is suitable for the requirements of the mine filling.
