摘要
基于自我效能理论,在某高职院校非英语专业一年级多个平行班进行提高自我效能、降低英语课堂学习焦虑的教学实践研究。研究发现,教师有针对性的、持续不断的鼓励和肯定,对提升学习者的自我效能感、减缓课堂焦虑起着决定性的作用。
This paper,based on self-efficacy theory,reports a teaching practice of improving self-efficacy and decreasing English classroom learning anxiety of freshmen of non-English majors from a higher vocational college,and finds that teachers' continuous targeted encouragement and affirmation play a decisive role in improving learners' sense of self-efficacy and decreasing their classroom anxiety.
