摘要
以江苏省高等职业院校信息化教学设计大赛获奖作品——《服务质量分析简报的制作》展开介绍,对课程的教学设计和教学效果作了分析,以课前、课堂、课后教学活动流程为主线,借助了网络课程平台、考试系统、课堂管理软件、云班课APP、同步录屏、多元考核表单等信息化手段展开信息化教学设计。
This paper,based on the introduction of the winning work of Informatization Teaching Design Contest for Higher Vocational Collegesin Jiangsu Province – The Making of Service Quality Analysis,makes an analysis of teaching design and teaching effect and makes an informationized teaching design,centered on the process of teaching activities of pre-,in-and post-class,with the help of network curricular platform,test system,classroom system software,cloud class APP,synchronous recording,multi examination.
