高职院大学文化建设的路径——以南京工业职业技术学院为例

On the Path of College Cultural Construction in Higher Vocational Colleges——Taking Nanjing Institute of Industry Technology as an Example

在诠释大学文化涵义和总结其他高校经验的基础上,将大学文化建设的理论和实践经验导入高职院的大学文化建设,形成适应时代发展的高职院大学文化建设体系,并针对南京工业职业技术学院实际,提出操作性、实用性都较强的大学文化建设路径。

This paper,based on the interpretation of college culture and summarization of experience from other colleges,introduces theory and practical experience of college cultural construction into the construction of college culture in Higher Vocational Colleges,to form a system of cultural construction adapting to the development of the times in Higher Vocational Colleges. In view of the actual situation of Nanjing Institute of Industry Technology,the paper will put forward the practical path of university culture construction.
