高职院校教师发展实证研究——基于江苏省高职院校的调查

Empirical Study on Faculty Development of Higher Vocational Colleges——Based on the Investigation of Higher Vocational Colleges in Jiangsu Province

通过对江苏省高职院校教师在教学发展、专业发展、组织发展及个人发展方面的需求的调查研究,提出了从教师个体、学校层面、社会环境等三个方面促进教师发展的对策和建议,以期促进高职院校长期的健康发展。

This paper,through an investigation of higher vocational colleges in Jiangsu Province,based on the needs of teaching development,professional development,organization development and personal development,puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions concerning teacher development from the aspects of faculty,college and social surroundings to enhance the long and healthy development for higher vocational colleges.
