摘要
在设施大棚、露地大田、盆栽等不同栽培措施下种植明日叶,观察其生长情况,并检测其营养成分和总黄酮含量。结果表明:设施大棚条件下的明日叶生长势最强,产量高,通过夏季遮荫可以实现周年供应;其次为露地大田;盆栽条件下的明日叶生长势最弱,产量低。明日叶中的水分和灰分含量在不同栽培措施之间没有差异,粗纤维、还原糖、蛋白质、维生素C和总黄酮含量存在显著差异,其中设施大棚条件下明日叶中的粗纤维含量最低,还原糖、维生素C、总黄酮及叶片中的蛋白质含量最高;粗纤维、还原糖、蛋白质均以茎干中的含量最高,维生素C、总黄酮以叶子中的含量最高,各成分在不同部位中的分布不受栽培措施的影响。从生长势和品质方面综合考虑,以设施大棚条件下种植的明日叶最好。
The growth of Angelica keiskei were observed under different cultivation measures, such as greenhouse, open field, potted plant, and the nutrient content and total flavonoid content were detected. The results showed that under greenhouse cultivation condition, the growth potential of Angelica keiskei was the strongest and the yield was high, it could anniversary supply through summer shading, followed by those of open field. The growth potential of Angelica keiskei was the weakest and the yield was low under pot condition. There were no difference of moisture content and ash content of Angelica keiskei between different cultivation measures,but there were significantly difference of crude fiber, reducing sugar, protein, vitamin C and total flavonoids content between different cultivation measures. Under the condition of greenhouse cultivation, the crude fiber content of Angelica keiskei was the lowest, the content of reducing sugar, vitamin C and total flavonoids were the highest,and the protein content in leaves was the highest. The content of crude fiber,reducing sugar and protein were the highest in stem, and the content of vitamin C and total flavonoids in leaves were the highest. The distribution of the components in different parts was not affected by the cultivation conditions. Considering the growth potential and quality, Angelica keiskei was best grown under greenhouse cultivation.
