优质高产夏大豆新品种'通豆10号'选育及栽培

摘要 '通豆10号'(原系号为通06-299)是以'99015'为母本、'引99-04'为父本,通过有性杂交,采用系统选择法对杂交后代连续多年定向选择获得的农艺性状稳定、品质和抗性较佳的优良品系,于2014年6月通过江苏省审定。'通豆10号'2010—2012年在江苏省淮南夏大豆区域试验中,平均产量为2 775.3 kg/hm^2,较对照'南农99-6'增产3.54%,2013年生产试验平均产量2 861.9 kg/hm^2,较对照'南农99-6'增产7.45%。该品种生育期112 d,株高78.2 cm,有效分枝4.6个,单株结荚50.6个,每荚1.90粒,百粒重22.4 g,粗蛋白含量41.63%,粗脂肪含量19.56%,抗倒伏性强,中抗大豆花叶病毒病SC-3株系,对SC-7株系表现为中感;适宜在江苏省淮南地区及周边相似生态适应区作夏大豆种植。 ’ Tongdou 10 ’( formerly No. 06-299) was bred through generative hybridization between’99015’( female parent) and ’ Yin 99-04’(male parent) with pedigree method, selected stable agronomic character and quality and resistance for successive years, passed the regional summer soybean test of Jiangsu Huainan area between 2010—2012 and production test in 2013,through the Jiangsu Province validation in June2014. In the regional summer soybean test of Jiangsu Huainan area between 2010—2012,the average yield of’ Tongdou 10 ’ was 2 775. 3 kg/hm^2,3. 54% higher than that of the control ’ Nannong 99-6 ’,which was the highest yield in the regional test in the past years. In 2013, the average yield of ’ Tongdou 10 ’ was 2 861.9 kg/hm^2 in the production test,increasing 7.45% over that of the control conducted in Huainan summer soybean area of Jiangsu Province, compared with the control ’ Nannong 99-6 ’. The growth period of ’ Tongdou 10’ was 112 d, the plant height was 78.2 cm,the effective branch was 4. 6,the pods per plant was 50.6,the per pod was 1.90,the100-grain weight was 22.4 g. Its crude protein and crude fat content was 41.63% and 19. 56% respectively. The variety showed a high lodging resistance and a moderate resistance to soybean mosaic virus SC-3 strain and moderate susceptible to SC-7 strain,and it was suitable for planting in Jiangsu Huainan area and surrounding similar ecotopes.
