摘要
采用偶联剂对麦秸粉进行表面处理,利用共混技术制备聚丁二酸丁二醇酯(PBS)/麦秸粉复合材料,研究了偶联剂对PBS/麦秸粉复合材料力学性能和降解性能的影响。结果表明:当麦秸粉用量为20%时,PBS/麦秸粉复合材料的力学性能最佳,降解速率也明显提高;偶联剂KH550的改性效果较好,当KH550用量为2%时,较好地改善了PBS与麦秸粉的界面相容性,材料断裂面呈韧性断裂,提高了复合材料的力学性能,而对其降解速率影响不大。
The surface of wheat straw powder was treated by using coupling agent, PBS/wheat straw powder composites were prepared by blending technique. The effects of coupling agent on the mechanical and biodegradability of PBS/wheat straw powder composites were studied. The results show that the mechanical properties of PBS/wheat straw powder composites are the best when the content of wheat straw powder is 20%, and the degradation rate is obviously improved. The modify effect of KH550 is better than other coupling agents. The interface compatibility of PBS and wheat straw powder is improved when the content of KH550 is 2%, and the fracture surface is tough fracture, which improves the mechanical properties of the composites but has little effect on the degradation rate.
