摘要
采用过热蒸汽对马尾松锯材进行干燥处理,研究干燥条件对木材颜色、厚度含水率偏差和脱脂效果的影响。结果表明:过热蒸汽干燥对木材颜色影响不显著;试材厚度含水率偏差小于1%:木材内部的松脂排出至木材表面或固着在其内部,可以达到干燥和脱脂的双重目的。
Superheated steam was used to dry masson pine(Pinus massoniana) lumber. Effects of drying temperature on color, moisture deviation in thickness direction and deresination were studied. The results showed that there was little effect on wood color and moisture deviation in thickness direction was less than 1% in superheated steam drying. The pine rosins were either driven to wood surfaces or consolidated inside. It was feasible to use superheated steam technology for both wood drying and deresination.
