普通的汽车驻车制动器检测台大多数为转鼓式和水泥台堆砌式,其检测结果不直观且纯在较大误差;为解决这一问题,设计了新型变角度汽车驻车制动器检测台。该检测台与转鼓式检测台相比检测结果更直观误差更小;代替原始的两个笨重的水泥台式汽车驻车制动器检测台,并且可实现检测台角度的调节、自动检测数据上传及打印检测结果,可以有效减少检测场地,降低检测成本,提高检测结果的可信度,达到提高检测质量的目的。

The common automobile brake detection platform is mostly drum type and cement table, whose detection results are not intuitive and pure in large error. In order to solve this problem, a new angle vehicle brake detection platform is designed. The test result is more intuitionistic than the drum test bed. Instead of the original two heavy cement table car parking brake test bench, and can realize angle adjustment, automatic detecting data upload and print test results, can effectively reduce the detection field, reduce test cost, improve the reliability of test results, achieve the goal of improving the quality of detection.
