主要介绍一种石油射孔弹粉末冶金易碎弹壳,采用粉末冶金技术工艺,解决了材料配方选择、自动成型、气氛烧结和后续水蒸汽处理等技术难题,确保了弹壳形状、机械强度,达到了穿深技术指标和特殊的破损性能,取得了一项技术发明专利。

This paper mainly introduced a kind of oil perforated bullet powder metallurgical fragile shell. Using powder metallurgy technology, we solved a lot of technological problem, such as material formula selection, automatic molding, sintering atmosphere,subsequent steam treatment and so on. At the same time, we ensured the shape and mechanical strength of the shell, and the shell could achieved the penetration technical index and the special damage performance. We also obtained a patent for the invention of technology.
