多维视角下少数民族预科生培养目标的探讨及案例分析

摘要 少数民族预科生培养目标对预科阶段课程体系、课程内容、教学方法和教学手段等的选择和运用都起着重要的指导作用,是预科院校教育活动的出发点和归宿。本文就目前预科生培养目标制定中存在的问题进行了归纳,并对影响预科生培养目标设定的多维因素进行了深入剖析,最终在此基础上以新疆某预科学院的培养目标为例,进行了详细的案例分析,旨在为各预科院校培养目标的制定提供借鉴意义。 The training objectives of students of minority play an important role in the selection and application ofthe curriculum system, curriculum content, teaching methods and teaching means in preparatory stage. It is the startingpoint and the result of the educational activities. T This paper summarizes the problems existing in the process of policymaking of the training objectives in preparatory stage. It also makes a deep analysis of the factors that influence thetraining objectives of preparatory students. On the basis of the above, this paper takes the training objectives ofapreparatory college in Xinjiang as an example, and makesa detailed case study, which aims to provide reference for thedevelopment of the training objectives of the preparatory colleges and universities.
