兵团老年人的心理需求与心理健康的关系：社会支持的中介作用

Old Man' Psychological Needs and Mental Health in the XPCC:Mediating Effect of Social Support

[目的]了解兵团老年人心理需求、社会支持与心理健康的关系。[方法]采用一般情况调查表、社会支持评定量表、老年人心理健康问卷、心理需求量表进行数据收集,运用SPSS16.0进行数据处理。[结果]社会支持中的主观支持、支持利用度与心理健康中人际交往相关最为显著(P<0.01);心理需求中的认同需求、自我实现需求与心理健康中人际交往相关最为显著(P<0.01);社会支持和心理需求对心理健康有正向预测作用(P<0.01);社会支持在心理需求和心理健康之间起到部分中介作用(中介效应值为10.8%,P<0.01)。[结论]兵团老年人心理需求对心理健康的影响,部分是通过社会支持的中介作用发生的。

[Objective] To understand the relationship between psychological needs, social support and mental healthof the elderly in XPCC. [Methods] The authors used general condition scale, the social support rating scale, the seniorcitizens＇ mental health questionnaire and psychological demand table for data collection and used SPSS16.0 for dataprocessing.[Outcome] The relationship among social support （subjective support, support utilization）, psychological needs（need for approval, self actualization needs） and mental health is in significant correlation （P〈0.01）; social support andpsychological needs can positively predict mental health （P〈0.01）; social support isa partial mediator betweenpsychological needs and mental health （Effect=10.8% , P〈0.01）. [Conclusion] Psychological needs may exert theirinfluence on the mental health partially through the mediating effect of social support of the elderly in XPCC.
