摘要
加强乡村中小学教师队伍建设是实现城乡教育公平,补齐我国教育短板的关键所在。宜春市乡村中小学教育队伍建设面临着教师总体数量不足、年龄结构有待完善、整体素质有待提高、学科结构不尽合理、职称晋级比较难、工资待遇偏低等一系列问题。因此,要从改善乡村中小学教师的生存环境、增强乡村中小学教师的职业吸引力、提高乡村中小学教师培训的实效性、健全义务教育学校城乡教师交流机制和建立乡村教师编制动态调整机制五个方面着手,进一步加强乡村中小学教师队伍建设。
Strengthening the construction of rural primary and secondary school teachers team is the key torealize the education equity in urban and rural areas and to solve the problem of the "short board" of education inour country. The construction of rural primary and secondary school teachers team in Yichun is facing suchproblems asa shortage of the total number of teachers, age structure needs to be improved, the overall qualityneeds to be improved, the discipline structure is not reasonable, title promotion is difficult, low wages anda seriesof other issues. Therefore, to further strengthen the construction of rural primary and secondary school teachers teammeans to improve the living environment, to enhance the attractiveness of rural primary and secondary schoolteachers' occupation, to improve teachers' training effectiveness, to improve the urban and rural teachers exchangemechanism and to establish a dynamic adjustment mechanism for rural teachers.
