摘要
自身免疫性心肌炎发生于病毒性心肌炎急性期,其中涉及到复杂的免疫机制,包括自身免疫反应、氧化反应及细胞凋亡等。丹参酮ⅡA是丹参酮的有效成分之一,有抗菌、抗病毒、调节免疫、抗氧化及提高心功能等作用,在中西医结合治疗病毒性心肌炎中取得了一定的疗效,但其机制尚不明确。本文就丹参酮ⅡA对自身免疫性心肌炎的调节作用及其机制的研究进展进行综述,以期为丹参酮ⅡA治疗自身免疫性心肌炎提供理论依据。
Autoimmune myocarditis occurs in the acute phase of viral myocarditis and involves complex immune mechanisms,including autoimmune response,oxidative reaction and apoptosis.TanshinoneⅡA is one of the active ingredients of tanshinone that possesses various biological properties,including anti-bacteria,anti-virus,immune regulation,anti-oxidation and cardiac functional improvement.Although tanshinoneⅡA has a therapeutic efficacy in the integrative Chinese and Western medicine treatment of viral myocarditis,its mechanisms of action remain unclear.In order to provide a theoretical basis for the treatment of autoimmune myocarditis with tanshinoneⅡA,this paper reviews the regulating effect of tanshinoneⅡA on autoimmune myocarditis and its mechanisms action.
