工程建设项目投资,是否能有效控制和投产时间长短是投资者最关心的内容,也是建设项目管理的关键。本文通过对设计理念、设计方案、设计管理等方面的综合分析,剖析了设计工作对工程建设投资和进度的影响,提出几点浅显建议,供业主进行设计管理时参考。

Whetlier the investment in project construction project can be effectively controlled or not and the time of goinginto production are the most important contents for investors. They are also essential for construction project management.In the paper, design concept,design plan, design management and other aspects are comprehensively analyzed forexploring the influence of design work on the project construction investment and rate of progress. Several superficialsuggestions are proposed for the owner as reference during design management.
