摘要
介绍了中原黄金1 200 kt/a冶炼烟气制酸的工艺流程与主要设备技术参数。总结并分析了冶炼烟气制酸装置的运行情况。装置采用孟莫克公司先进生产技术,高浓度预转化+"3+2"二转二吸与低温位热回收技术,提高了装置的转化率与热回收率,主要设备采用行内优秀产品,确保了制酸生产的开车率、硫利用率、尾气SO_2达标排放。
Process flow and main technical parameters of 1 200 kt/a sulphuric acid plant based on off-gas are introduced. Operation situation of the equipment are described. MECS'advanced sulphuric acid technology,high concentration pre-conversion and '3 + 2' double-absorption arrangement and low-level heat recovery system were applied in the plant,improving conversion rate and heat recovery rate. Main device consisted of inter-industry leading products,thus ensuring high operation rate,sulphur utilization,and low SO_2 emission during sulphuric acid production.
