摘要
介绍大冶有色金属有限责任公司冶炼厂污酸处理工艺和运行指标,详述污酸二段钙砷渣晶化解毒工艺、设备及运行情况,含砷固废晶化解毒胶凝固砷处理技术有效地解决了钙砷渣污染环境的问题,经处理后的钙砷渣符合GB 18598—2001《危险废物填埋场污染控制标准》规定的标准,可进入危废填埋渣场进行填埋。
Waste acid treatment and operation index of Daye Nonferrous Metals Co.,Ltd.,are introduced,and waste acid twostage calcium arsenic slag crystallization process,equipment and operation of detoxification are described. Solid waste containing arsenic arsenic detoxification crystallization gum solidification treatment technology solved environmental pollution of calcium arsenic,treated calcium arsenic slag met GB 18598—2001 Hazardous Waste Landfill Pollution Control Standards,and were allowed to enter the hazardous waste landfill residue.
