摘要
针对铅、锌、铜、镍等有色冶炼行业污酸和工业废水中砷及重金属含量高、不容易处理达标排放的问题,通过对多套装置运行经验总结并优化,采用"污酸过滤+多级硫化处理+电化学+二氧化碳脱硬度"组合工艺综合处理污酸,处理后的废水中砷及重金属能达到国家环保排放标准,废水可回用或达标排放,减少了环境污染。运行费用低,中和渣无害化,危废渣量减少。
According to high content of arsenic and heavy metal ion in waste acid of lead,zinc,copper,nickel and other metal ion in nonferrous smelter and industrial waste water,and difficulties in standard emission,operation experiences were generalized and optimized. Technology of 'dilute acid filter + multi-stage vulcanization treatment + electrochemistry + carbon dioxide hardness reducion'was applied to treat waste acid. Treated waste water with arsenic and heavy metal were discharged with meeting environmental emission standards,waste water was recovered and emitted,reducing environmental pollution,and operation cost,making neutralization dreg harmless,decreasing dangerous waste residue output.
