脱硫脱硝除尘除雾一体化新技术在炼油厂和焦化厂的应用 被引量:4

摘要 介绍了针对炼油厂催化裂化装置及焦化厂排出的烟气中含有大量的SO_2、NO_x及尘,研究开发的新型动力波洗涤器+喷淋塔+电除雾器除尘、降温、脱硫、除雾技术、臭氧脱硝技术及金属盐络化物氨法烟气脱硫、脱硝一体化技术。在炼油厂及焦化厂运用,脱硫后,烟气含尘量及气溶胶质量浓度小于或等于30 mg/m^3,尘质量浓度小于15 mg/m^3。脱硝后NO_x质量浓度为240~460 mg/m^3;脱硝率为64.6%~81.5%。具有明显的环保效果和经济效益。 Technology of new type of dynamic wave scrubber + spray scrubber + electric mist precipitator for dust & mist removal,cooling,desulphurization,ozone denitrification technology and metal salt fluor-complex flue gas integration technology of desulphurization,denitrification by ammonia process according to plenty of SO_2、NO_x and dust in flue gas discharged from catalytic cracking unit of refinery and coking plant is introduced. Applied in refinery and coking plant,after desulphurization,concentration of dust and aerosol was less than 30 mg/m^3,and after denitrification,that of nitrogen oxid reached 240-460 mg/m^3,dust concentration was below 15 mg/m^3,denitrification rate was 64. 6%-81. 5%,which owned obvious environmental protection effect and economic benefit.
