职业院校财经类专业产教融合面临的困境及其成因——与工科类专业对比分析

Difficulties of Integration of Vocational Education with Industries in Finance and Economics Major in Vocational Colleges and Causes

众多职业院校借助产教融合的基本原则在专业建设上取得了很多成绩,尤其是工科类专业开展产教融合状况较好。但财经类专业开展产教融合面临教师难以掌握财经类专业最新技术技能、学生顶岗实习难以接触财经类核心业务且分散在许多企业单位等困境。深究原因:一是在于财经类职业工作环境、资料、成果、设备和技术方法都涉及商业机密,阻碍了财经类专业深化产教融合;二是产业升级促使财经类业务形态快速发展增加了产教融合难度。

Many vocational colleges have made many achievements in professional construction by means of integration of production with education, especially in the field of engineering education. However, it is difficult for teachers of finance and economics major to carry out the integration of production and teaching and to master the latest technical skills and it is difiEcult for students of finance and economics major to connect to the core business in their practice. The reasons which cause the difficulties are that financial occupation has trade secret in the work environment, information, results,equipment and technology methods which hinder the financial integration of production and education, and that the industry upgrading promotes the rapid development of financial business form which increases difficulty of the integration of production and education.
