高职院校产教融合的问题与实现路径分析

产教融合发展现代职业教育,是改革职业教育人才培养模式的重要方向,是职业教育的内涵所在,也是职业教育供给侧改革和优质高职院校建设的必然要求。但高职院校在探索实践产教融合人才培养模式中,存在"一头冷,一头热"的状况,这其中包括政府、学校和行业企业等主体的多方面原因,需要对其中存在的问题进行梳理和解决,促进高职院校产教融合顺利实施。

The integration of production and teaching is an orientation of modern vocational education. The paper states that there exists some problems in the practice of integration by vocational colleges and in their talent cultivation process, including problems from government, school, and industry. The author of the paper analyzes these problems so as to promote the integration of production and teaching.
