基于四目三维扫描仪的转台外观设计

为了改善V3.1四目三维扫描仪扫描过程复杂、扫描效率低的问题,文中对该型号扫描仪转台进行外观设计。根据实际工程需求,确定转台台面直径尺寸为300 mm,选取ABS树脂作为外观材料,搭配了红黑相间的色彩,并绘制出最终三维整体效果图。本次产品设计基本符合机械产品外观设计评价标准,一定程度上满足了三维扫描仪的实用和美观需求。

In order to improve the complexity and inefficiency of V3.1 3D scanner with four lens,the appearance of turntable is designed. According to the actual demand,the diameter of turntable is 300 mm and the ABS is used as the appearance material,with the red and black color. The three-dimensional overall effect map is drawn. The design meets the basic standard of the appearance of mechanical product and the requirements of utility and appearance beauty.
