摘要
目的研究医务人员对绩效考核认知状况调查量表的信度与效度,以期为我国绩效薪酬改革建言献策。方法通过整群抽样和分层抽样选取746名广州市某三级甲等医院医务人员进行调查,评估绩效考核认知状况调查量表的内部一致性信度、分半信度、内容效度和结构效度。结果 Cronbachα系数为0.969,分半信度系数为0.909;各条目得分与其所属维度得分的相关系数较大(0.747~0.936),与其他维度得分的相关系数较小;验证性因子分析的拟合结果为:χ~2/df=4.042,GFI=0.911,IFI=0.967,TLI=0.961,CFI=0.967,RMSEA=0.068,拟合较好。结论医务人员对绩效考核的认知情况调查量表应用于调查医务人员对绩效考核认知程度和了解程度是可靠的、有效的。
Objective To test the reliability and validity of the questionnaire of medical staff 's cognition on performance evaluation and to provide reference for performance salary reform. Methods With cluster and stratified sampling method, an investigation was carried out among 746 medical staff from one Class Ⅲ Grade Ⅰhospital using the questionnaire of medical staff ' s cognition on performance evaluation. Results The Cronbach Alphe coefficient and split-half reliability of the questionnaire was 0.969 and 0.909 respectively; the correlation coefficients between items and the corresponding dimension were larger than those between items and other dimensions (0.747~0.936). The modified model had a good fitting effect (x2/df=4.042, GFI=0.911, IFI=0.967, TLI=0.961, CFI=0.967, RMSEA=0.068). Conclusion The designed questionnaire shows good reliability and validity, and is suitable for the investigation of the performance evaluation in public hospitals in China.
