天津外国语大学孔院专职教师队伍建设的研究与实践

Research and Practice on Full-time International Teachers of Confucius Institute in Tianjin Foreign Studies University

天津外国语大学(天外)通过竞争性谈判获得了储备国家汉办对外汉语专职教师的资格。为更好地发挥专职教师服务国家、奉献天外的作用,以积极心理学理论为基础,通过研究那些孔院建设上卓有成效的储备院校在专职教师队伍建设上的经验,为天外专职教师队伍的建设提供依据。研究得出结论:制度建设是专职教师队伍发展的保障和必然途径;专职教师理论基础和教学能力的提高离不开储备院校对其国内工作的安排;职称评定和职务晋升是专职教师队伍发展的核心问题等。

Tianjin Foreign Studies University（ abbreviate as ＂TFSU＂） gets the qualification to reserve full-time international teachers from Hanban through competitive negotiation. In order to better play the function of service for nation and TFSU,on the basis of positive psychology theory,this paper provides suggestions on the construction of full-time international teachers of TFSU through research on the practice of full-time international teachers of Confucius Institute of those universities that do well on general construction of Confucius Institute. Conclusions are drawn that first,the system construction is the guarantee and inevitable way for the development of full-time international teachers; second,the improvement of theoretical basis and teaching ability of full-time international teachers are inseparable from arrangement on their domestic work by colleges and finally,job classification and job promotion are the core questions of development for full-time international teachers and so on.
