马克·吐温在《马克·吐温自传》这部他旨在敞开心扉、吐露心曲的作品里,将讽刺寄于幽默之中,以幽默为载体辛辣嘲讽了美国民主政治、宗教的虚伪性以及人性之恶。基于此,立足于《马克·吐温自传》,主要探究这些讽刺性幽默的幽默之因及其讽刺效果。
In Mark Twain’s Autobiography where he intends to speak frankly and freely,Mark Twain integrates satire into humor used as his tool to express his bitter satire on American democracy,the hypocrisy of Christianity and the evilness of human character.This thesis focuses on analyzing the causes of these satirical humor and the satirical effects it has achieved.
