腹腔镜下胃癌根治术对早期胃癌患者的疗效分析

Analysis of the therapeutic effect of laparoscopic radical gastrectomy in the patients with early gastric cancer

目的研究分析腹腔镜下胃癌根治术治疗早期胃癌的临床效果。方法择取2014年11月至2015年11月陕西省铜川市妇幼保健院诊治的98例早期胃癌患者,经医院伦理委员会批准,患者知情同意,并签署知情同意书后,运用计算机抽签法平分成2组,每组49例。对照组:采取传统开腹手术治疗;治疗组:采取腹腔镜胃癌根治术治疗。结果治疗组的总有效率91.84%(45/49)远远大于对照组的79.59%(39/49),2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组患者相关手术指标均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组患者发生并发症的概率远远低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜下胃癌根治术治疗早期胃癌的疗效显著,具有创伤小、恢复快以及并发症率低等特点,值得在临床治疗中推广应用。

Objective To study the clinical effect of laparoscopic radical gastrectomy in the patients with early gastric cancer.Methods Ninety-eight patients with early gastric cancer,who received medical care in the hospital from November 2014 to November2015 were chosen for the study. The patients were equally divided into two groups： the control group that received conventional open abdominal surgery,and the treatment group that was treated with laparoscopic radical gastrectomy. Results Total effective rate of the treatment group was 91. 84%（45/49）,which was much higher than that of the control group（79. 59%）（39/49）. Statistical significance could be noted when comparisons were made between the 2 groups. The surgical data of the treatment group were significantly better than those of the control group,with statistical significance（P〈0. 05）. The rate of complications in the treatment group was much lower than that in the control group,also with statistical significance（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The curative effect of laparoscopic radical gastrectomy for the patients with early gastric cancer is ideal,with the features of minor trauma,quick recovery and low rate of complications,which is worth further clinical extension.
