中药外洗治疗踝关节外侧韧带陈旧损伤临床观察

Clinical observation on old injuries of ankle lateral ligaments treated with external washing of Chinese Herbs

目的:观察中药外洗治疗踝关节外侧韧带陈旧损伤的疗效。方法:101例踝关节外侧韧带陈旧损伤患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组50例,观察组51例。对照组损伤≤3个月者,夹板、胶布患肢固定;损伤>3个月者内服七厘散、筋骨痛消丸,7 d/疗程,共服用3个疗程。观察组在此基础上加用中药外洗,1剂/d,7 d/疗程,共治疗3个疗程。治疗前后,采用两组临床疗效、踝关节疼痛及肿胀情况、生活质量评定两组临床效果。结果:治疗后,观察组总有效率94.12%,明显高于对照组80.00%(P<0.05)。两组踝关节疼痛及肿胀治疗前比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,观察组显著优于对照组(P<0.01)。两组生活质量评分治疗前比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,观察组显著优于对照组,(P<0.01)。结论:中药外洗治疗踝关节外侧韧带陈旧损伤,可提高临床治疗效果,提高生活质量评分。

Objective： To observe effects of external washing of Chinese medicine on old injuries of lateral ligament of ankle joint. Methods： 101 cases of old injuries of lateral ligament of ankle joint were divided into control group（ n = 50） and observation group（ n = 51） according to the random number table. In the control group,those with injuries ≤ 3 months were splinted and then bandaged,those with injuries 3 months orally took Qilisan and Jingu Tongxiao pills,7 d/treatment and a total of 3 courses; besides,those of the observation group was given the external washing of Chinese medicine,1 dose/d,7 d/treatment and a total of 3 courses.Before and after the treatment,the clinical efficacy,ankle pain and swelling,quality of life of the two groups were used to evaluate the clinical effects. Results： After the treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 94.12%,higher than that of the control group 80%,andthe difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. The differences in the ankle pain and swelling before the treatment between the two groups were not statistically significant（ P〈0.05）; however,after the treatment,the scores of the ankle pain and swelling of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group（ P〈0.01）. There was no significant difference in the quality of life between the two groups before the treatment（ P〈0.05）; however,after the treatment,the score of the quality of lifeof the observation group was better than that of the control group（ P〈0.01）. Conclusions： External washing of Chinese medicine in the treatment of old injuries of lateral ligament of ankle joint can improve the clinical effect and improve the quality of life score.
