中医综合疗法治疗脑卒中后癫痫的临床有效性分析

Clinical efficacy analysis of comprehensive treatment of Chinese medicine in treatment of epilepsy after stroke

目的:观察中医综合疗法治疗脑卒中后癫痫疗效。方法:选取96例脑卒中后癫痫患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组48例,观察组48例。两组均予常规对症治疗。对照组用中药方剂定痫汤,治疗6个月。观察组采用中药方剂联合针灸疗法,治疗6个月。治疗前后,采用总有效率评定两组临床效果。结果:治疗后,观察组总有效率97.92%,高于对照组的79.16%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医综合疗法治疗脑卒中后癫痫,可提高临床治疗效果。

Objective： To observe effects of TCM comprehensive treatmetn on epilepsy after stroke. Methods： 96 patients with epilepsy after stroke were selected and divided into control group（ 48 cases） and observation group（ 48 cases） according to the random number table. The two groups were given conventional symptomatic treatment. Besides,the control group was treated with Chinese medicine prescription Dingxiandecoction for 6 months,while the observation group was given Chinese medicine prescription Dingxiandecoctioncombined with acupuncture treatment for 6 months. Before and after the treatment,the total effective rate was used to evaluate the clinical effects of the two groups. Results： After the treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 97.92%,higher than that of the control group of 79.16%,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. Conclusions： Comprehensive treatment of traditional Chinese medicine for epilepsy after stroke can improve the effects of clinical treatment.
