摘要
针对煤自燃倾向性鉴定是一个模糊的等级概念,难以准确指导煤矿采取措施进行防灭火。提出了建立基于煤自燃倾向性的绝热氧化时间预测方法,即通过煤的自燃倾向性测试来预测其绝热氧化时间,用绝热氧化时间这种准确、直观的煤自然发火危险性判定标准来量化煤自燃倾向性,使其更具参考及指导意义。优选氧化动力学方法测试了10种典型煤样的自燃倾向性,并将其结果与实验条件下测量的绝热氧化时间数据进行曲线拟合,建立了基于煤自燃倾向性的绝热氧化时间预测方法。随后从煤氧化机理方面进行分析并进行实验验证,结果显示该模型是科学、合理的,能够清晰、准确地反映出煤的自然发火危险性。
The existing test methods of coal spontaneous combustion tendency in our country is a fuzzy grade, which can, t accurately guide the establishment of anti-fire measure. Hence, the prediction method of adiabatic oxidation time based on the propensity of coal to spontaneous combustion is proposed to predict the adiabatic oxidation time by testing the coal spontaneous combustion tendency. The adiabatic oxidation time can intuitively estimate the danger of coal spontaneous combustion. Using adiabatic oxidation time to quantify coal spontaneous combustion tendency will make it have more reference value. The oxidation kinetics test method is selected to test the propensity of coal to spontaneous combustion of ten kinds of typical coal samples. And the results are fit with the adiabatic oxidation test, to establish the prediction model. The analysis about the mechanism of coal oxidation and the experimental verification indicate that the model is scientific and reasonable, which can precisely reflect the danger of coal spontaneous combustion.
