中小城市居家养老服务的可持续发展路径研究——以江苏省东台市为例

Research on the Sustainable Development Path of Home-based Care for Elders in Small and Medium-sized Cities——A Case of Dongtai City of Jiangsu Province

在人口老龄化以及养老问题的巨大压力推动下,居家养老服务作为社会养老服务体系的重要组成部分,其发展已经成为政府和社会关注的焦点。通过以中小城市为研究对象,探讨在养老服务需求日益增长的情况下积极发展居家养老服务的意义,介绍居家养老服务探索的新模式:虚拟养老院。并提出要充分发挥政府、市场、社区三个方面的积极作用,以促进中小城市居家养老服务体系的协调发展。

As an important component of the social endowment service system, the home-based care for rlderr has caught the attention from governments and society under the huge pressure of aging population tendency. Focused on the small and medium-sthis paper discusses the significance of developing the home-based care for elders with aggravating demands for it and introduces a new model of the home-based care service. That is “Virtual Nursing Home”. In order to promote the coordinated development of home- based care service system in small and medium-sized cities, this paper proposes to givv full play to the positive role of the government, the market and the community.
