高校国贸专业特色人才培养模式探究——以跨境电商方向为例

A Probe into Unique Talents Cultivation Model of International Trade Specialty in Colleges & Universities:A Case Study of Cross-Border E-Commerce

从跨境电商特色人才培养需求出发,对当前高校国际贸易专业人才培养模式存在的不足以及跨境电商特色人才核心能力的构成进行分析,并从专业方向、师资队伍、教学模式、课程体系、教材体系、实践教学、考核评价、校企合作等方面提出高校国际贸易专业跨境电商方向特色人才的培养模式。

As the rapid increase demand for cross-border e-commerce talents in foreign trade enterprises,talents cultivation of international trade professional in colleges is also faced with urgent need of transformation development. This article analyzes the deficiencies of current training mode of international trade specialty in colleges and universities,and the composition of the core competence related with the cross-border e-commerce unique talents based on the demand of talents＇ cultivation. Then,it puts forward a cultivation model of how to train the cross-border e-commerce unique talents in the international trade specialty from the aspects of the major orientation,the faculties,the teaching mode,the curriculum system,the teaching material system,the practice teaching,the examination and evaluation and the cooperation between schools and enterprises.
