利用焊接机器人设备焊接钢质结构件。通过采用高强度钢焊丝替代不锈钢焊丝,利用焊接变位机和焊接机器人协同工作,实现结构件焊接机器人自动焊接,解决因人为因素而造成的焊道弧坑裂纹等产品质量问题,提高结构件焊缝外观质量,进一步提高产品的稳定性和可靠性。

Welding robot equipment is used to weld steel parts. With the high strength steel wire instead of stainless steel wire,the welding positioner and welding robot can work together to realize the automatic welding by robots so as to solve the quality problems and improve the appearance quality of the steel parts and their stability.
