摘要
阐述了云南青藏高原区域主要特征,分析了该区域生态建设和环境保护取得的成效及面临的问题,提出了相应策略:加强生态环境保护;开展生态修复与治理;深化环境保护与污染防治;创新机制体制。
Qinghai - Tibetan Plateau region in Yunnan province is the center district of uThree Parallel Rivers^ World Natural Heritage, which is one of the most important areas of national ecological security. The achievements and problems on ecological construction and environmental protection in this area were examined on the basis of the main characters of the whole region. The countermeasures were put forward including strengthening ecological envi-ronmental protection, carrying out ecological restoration and treatment, reinforcing environmental protection and pollution control, and creating new management system.
