吸附-生物膜理论模型对鼓泡塔和生物膜填料塔净化NO_X的适用性研究

摘要 依据"吸附-生物膜"理论对烟气同时脱硫脱氮用鼓泡塔和生物膜填料塔净化NO_X进行了模拟研究,结果表明,运用"吸附-生物膜"理论及其动力学模型模拟鼓泡塔和生物膜填料塔对低浓度的NO_X净化过程均具有良好的适用性。在进气量为0.4 m^3/h、循环液喷淋量为12~15 L/h、pH为0.5~2.0、入口气体NO_X浓度为1100~1700 mg/m^3的操作条件下,两类净化塔NO_x的出口浓度、生化去除量、净化效率的模拟理论值和实验值之间均具有良好的相关性,相关系数都>0.79。 The simulation study on purifying NOX by bubble column and biofilm - packing tower using for simulta-neous desulfurization and denitrification from flue gas by applying the Adsorption - biofilm theory was conducted. The simulation research results indicated that the Adsorption - biofilm theory and its kinetic model had good suita-bility for describing and simulating the purifying process of N0X in the tested bubble column system and biofilm -packing tower system. Under the operation condition of the influent gas flowrate 0. 4m3/h, the range of the spraying quantity of circulation fluid 12 -15L/h,the range of pH 0- 5 -2 and the range of NOx concentration 1100 - 1170m^3/h, the concentration in outlet, bio - elimination capacity, and purification efficiency of two purification tower system were simulated for NOx above respectively. The good relativities between simulated theoretical data and experimental data were obtained. The interrelation coefficients were above 0. 79.
