摘要
依据对临沧入河排污口实测资料,按入河排污口类型对入河排污口、排放污水量进行评价。在监测的33个入河排污口中,达标排污口24个,达标率72.7%;监测污水排放量合计4520.2万m^3,达标污水量2622.8万m^3,达标率58.0%;污水主要污染物为COD_(Cr)、总磷、BOD_5、氨氮;不达标污水主要为城市生活污水和制糖业生产污水。水行政主管部门应加强对入河排污口的监管力度,应研究改善和治理乡镇生活污水散、乱、排现象形成的面污染源,要加大建设城市污水管网的配套措施,加强对排污企业污水处理设施和效率的监管。
The water quality of wastewater outlets into river was monitored. The wastewater amount was evaluated based on the type of wastewater outlets. Twenty - four outlets among thirty - three in total have reached the standard accounting for 72. 1 % . The total water amount was 4. 5202 million cubic meter s, among which , 2.6228 million cu -bic meters have met the standard accounting for 58. 0% . The major pollutants were C0DCr, TP, B0D5, and ammo-nia. The domestic wastewater and the wastewater from sugar cane production industry contributed the most amount of wastewater. Therefore, the water resource administration should strengthen the supervision degree of wastewater out lets, improve the non - point pollution sources control, enhance the domestic drainage pipeline construction, and strictly manage the wastewater discharge of enterprises.
