摘要 火焰原子吸收光谱法测定空气中钾及其化合物时,标准系列钾离子浓度在0~2μg/m L时钾离子含量与溶液吸光度呈线性关系。回归方程为y=0.2919X+0.0116,相关系数>0.999,方法检测限为0.02μg/m L,精密度为1.3%~2.5%,测量误差为-5.0%^-3.0%,加标回收率为91%~105%。该方法检出限、精密度、准确度都能够满足空气中钾及其化合物的测定。 In the determination of potassium and its compounds by flame atomic absorption spectrometry, the potas-sium ion content was linear to solution absorbance when the standard series of potassium concentration was 0 -2 μg/ml. The regression equation is y =0. 2919X +0. 0116 with its correlation coefficient over 0. 999. Method LOD was 0. 02μg/ml. was 1. 3% - 2. 5% . Error of measurement was -5 . 0% to -3 . 0% . Recovery of standard addition was 91% -105%. The LOD, RSD,and accuracy of the method could satisfy the determination of potas-sium and its compounds in air.
