城市旧工业区转型研究的进展与评述

Literature Reviews on Transformation of Old Industrial Areas in the Inner City

当前中国经济社会正在快速发展,城市内部的产业结构和空间格局也在不断重构,伴随着城市内部新兴产业的崛起和传统产业的衰退,城市旧工业区作为城市内部演变最为剧烈的地域之一,面临着产业的转型与空间的更新.旧工业区转型中所面临的各种问题吸引了国内外众多专家学者的兴趣,并对此进行了大量的研究.本文厘清了城市旧工业区转型中的相关概念,并且在综述国内外相关研究理论的基础上,对国内该领域的研究提出了方向性的建议.

Along with the rapid development of social economy in China, the industrial and spatial structure of inner city is being reconstructed with the rising of new industries and the decline of traditional industries. The old industrial areas, as one of the rapidest changed areas in the city, are undergoing industrial transformation and spatial renewal. The issues following the function transformation of old industrial areas attract many scholars both domestically and abroad. The background, the concept and the connotation of the transformation of the old industrial areas will be firstly clarified here, and then the relative researches both domestically and abroad will be reviewed. At the end, a few research directions in the future will be proposed.
