From the Pujiang Age to the Ocean Age——the Spatial Organization of Shangha Metropolitan Area

本文从理论和实证的角度对上海大都市区空间组织进行基本的分析和判断,试图将上海城市的演进轨迹纳入到理论框架中加以研究,进而推演出未来空间组织的发展趋势,从而指导实践工作.全文首先基于城市空间组织的范式,从理论视角讨论都市区空间结构所呈现出的区域化和多中心化的基本趋势.进一步将上海城市空间组织纳入从浦江时代到海洋时代的时空框架中,勾勒出上海在融入全球生产体系的过程中逐步实现城市空间结构演变的潜在轨迹.随后通过与全球城市的比较和近年来全市用地动态变化趋势的判断,提出未来上海城市空间组织轴线扩张的发展趋势.

This article makes fundamental analysis and judgment of the spatial organization of Shanghai metropolitan area from theoretical and empirical perspectives, trying to bring the evolving path of Shanghai into the theoretical frame for research, and then deduces the development tendency of future spatial organization, thus guiding the pratical work. The whole article first discusses the basis tendency of regionalization and multicentralization presented by the spatial organization of metropolis, based on the paradigm of urban spatial organization. Further brings the spatial organization of Shanghai into the spatial-temporal frame named from the Pujiang Age to the Ocean Age, outlineing the potential trace of Shanghai in gradually realizing the evolution of urban spatial organization during the process of Shanghai’s integration into the global production system. Afterwards through the comparison of world cities and the judgment of the whole city’s land-use dynamic variation tendency in recent years, putting forward the development tendency of future Shanghai in the axes expansion of spatial organization.
