以农村籍大学生择业观为视角分析职业生涯规划教育——以贵州高校为例

自高校扩招以来,高等院校的毕业生大幅度增加,就业难演绎为日益凸显的社会问题。高等院校是培育人才的摇篮,然而在现实中,形成了基层下不去,城市留不了的尴尬局面。文章对贵州高等院校600多名本专科农村籍毕业生的择业观进行了抽样问卷调查,通过与贵州省大中专毕业生就业信息的统计数据进行对比,系统关注并分析农村籍大学生择业观的重要意义,从现状中找出问题,以此提出加强农村籍大学生职业生涯规划教育的路径。

Theenrollment expansion of collegeshas led to the great increase of the number of college graduates, which causes the increasingly prominent social problem of employment deduction. Colleges and universities are the cradles of talents who, in reality, are stuck into such an embarrassing situation of being unable neither to go down to the grassroots nor to stay in the city. Investigating the sample of more than 600 rural graduates of colleges and universities in Guizhou Province with questionnaires about their career outlook, and comparing the result of the sample investigation with the data of the employment information of secondary and technical secondary school graduates in Guizhou Province, this essay aims to provide solutions to strengthen the career planning education for the rural colleges students.
