浅析高校学生网络成瘾成因及防治

电子信息技术的不断发展,使网络全面的进入校园,成为高校学生学习、生活中不可或缺的工具,网络在给高校学生带来便利的同时,出现了很多消极影响,缺乏有效监管,自制能力不强,造成高校学生沉迷网络难以自拔的问题,游戏成瘾、迷恋聊天、观看色情电影等现象层出不穷,造成高校学生生理健康损害、现实社交封闭、道德行为失范、人格异化严重,使他们不能健康成长,因此,研究如何教育高校学生正确使用网络工具,已成为当前高校学生工作的一项重要内容。

With the development of the electronic information technology, the internet has fully integrated into the campus and become an indispensable tool for students’ academic and daily life. While due to the lack of effective supervision and self-control, its negative impact such as students are addicted to online games, chatting or watching porn has also comes along. And these improper behaviors will cause physical health damage,social isolation,unethical behavior and serious personality alienation. Therefore, the study of how to correctly guide the students to use the internet has become an important task for university education.
