创新驱动发展视阀下高校卓越工程师教学课程改革探索

创新驱动发展战略下的卓越工程师培养应重点关注其创新能力的培育。基于理论阐释,卓越工程师创新能力涵盖了基本素质和实践能力两个层面。高校卓越工程师创新能力培育的实际状况是完善培育对策的基石。在实证考察现状的前提下,从教学课程改革和创业实践引导维度给出了完善对策和建议。

Under the innovation-driven development strategy,the key point about the development of the outstanding engineers that we should focus on is the development of their innovation ability.Based on the statement of theories,the innovation ability of the outstanding engineers is reflected in two aspects which include fundamental quality and practice ability.The reality of the development of the outstanding engineers in universities is the basis to complete developing methods.Based on the empirical investigation,we put forward measures and suggestions from Teaching curriculum reform and Entrepreneurial practice guidance.
