现行推免制度下吸引优质生源的思考

2014年教育部印发了《关于进一步完善推荐优秀应届本科毕业生免试攻读研究生工作办法的通知》(教学厅【2014】5号),针对推荐免试工作出台了一些重大的改革措施,如所有推免生均享有自主选择报考招生单位和专业的权利,推免名额不再区分学术学位和专业学位,不再设置留校限额等。文章分析了推荐免试工作新政实施后对B大学硕士研究生招生所带来的影响,提出了坚持特色发展、注重招生宣传、培育优质生源及建立激励机制来吸引优质生源的建议。

The major reform measures of recommendation with exam-exemption was introduced in 2014, including autonomy of selecting a major, unlimited quota between academic degree and professional degree, and no top admission quota of own undergraduate colleges, etc. Taking B University as an example, the effect on the graduate enrollment was analyzed under the new exam-exemption system. And some recommendations were made on attracting high-quality source of students.
