摘要
从高职院校师资队伍建设的目标出发,针对目前高职院校在教师"双师"素质提升中的诸多问题,提出了通过制度激励、系统规划、营造文化氛围、构建评价体系,实现高职院校教师"双师"素质的提升。
Starting from the goal of teaching staff construction in higher vocational colleges, the paper puts forward to realize the ascension of the double-professional teachers’ quality in higher vocational colleges through institutional incentives, system planning,creation of a cultural atmosphere, construction of evaluation system, in order to solve the problems in improving in higher vocational colleges.
