超声引导下得宝松联合臭氧注射在跖肌筋膜炎中的临床应用

摘要 目的研究超声引导下得宝松联合臭氧注射在跖肌筋膜炎中的疗效。方法回顾性研究2016年8月至2016年12月期间收治的跖肌筋膜炎患者66例。采用随机数字表法,分成两组,每组33例:试验组采用超声引导下行得宝松2.5mg+2%利多卡因1 m L+0.9%生理盐水1m L联合医用臭氧注射治疗;对照组采用超声引导下得宝松2.5mg+2%利多卡因1m L+0.9%生理盐水1m L充分混匀后注射治疗。对比两种方法治疗跖肌筋膜炎的疗效。结果 66例患者全部得到随访。试验组治愈率66.7%,总有效率100%;对照组治愈率39.4%,总有效率87.9%,两字比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者跖肌筋膜厚度在治疗后都明显减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超声引导下得宝松联合医用臭氧注射治疗跖肌筋膜炎,能显著改善患者症状,效果确切,值得推广应用。 Objective To study the effect of diprospan combined with ozone injection in plantar myofascitis under the guidance of ultrasound. Methods A total of 66 patients with plantar myofascitis in our hospital from August 2016 to December2016 were examined retrospectively. Using random number table method,all cases were divided into two groups,33 cases of each group: The experiment group was treated with diprospan 2. 5 mg+2% lidocaine 1 m L+0. 9% saline 1 m L combined with medical ozone injectionunder the guidance of ultrasound The control group was treated with diprospan 2. 5 mg + 2% lidocaine 1 m L + 0. 9%saline 1 m L injection after fully mixed under the guidance ofultrasound.The effects of the two treatments in plantar myofascitis werecompared. Results All 66 patients were followed up. The cure rateof the experiment group was 66. 7% and the total effective rate was 100%. The cure rate of the control group was 39. 4% and the total effective rate was 87. 9%. There was significant difference between the two groups(P〈0. 05). The thickness of the plantar fascia of the two groups were significantly decreased after treatment(P〈0. 05). Conclusion Diprospan combined with ozone injection under the guidance of ultrasound can significantly improve the symptoms of patients withplantar myofascitis,and theefficacy is accurate and worthy of popularization and application.
