摘要
目的 :探讨分析医院在用呼吸机的质量检测结果,掌握性能现状,以提高其使用的安全性和准确性。方法 :依据卫药材(2008)83号《呼吸机质量检测规范》,使用瑞典ALKPF-300型呼吸机质量检测仪对呼吸机的潮气量、呼吸频率、吸气压力水平、呼气末正压(positive end expiratory pressure,PEEP)、吸入氧气体积分数等性能参数进行质量检测,并对2013—2015年57台呼吸机的质量检测结果进行分析。结果:检测的呼吸机合格率为84.2%,维修后合格率可达100%,保证了临床科室的正常使用。结论:呼吸机是所有医疗设备中临床风险最高的设备,只有严格按照呼吸机的操作规程操作,加强日常维护保养,重视呼吸机的质量控制工作,才能真正保证呼吸机的完好率,为高质量诊疗服务提供重要保障。
Objective To master the current situation of the in-use breathing machine through quality control process so as to improve its safeness in use and accuracy. Methods In accordance with NO.83 Ministry of Health Standard(2008) for Breathing Machine Quality Detection, Swedish ALKPF-300 quality detecting instrument was used to test the tidal volume,breathing rate, inspiratory pressure, concentration of oxygen intake and etc of the breathing machine, and analysis was executed on the detection results from 2013 to 2015. Results The qualification rate was 84.2%, and reached 100% after maintenance, so that the requirements of clinical departments were met completely. Conclusion The breathing machine has the highest risks in all medical devices, and emphases have to be posed on operating instruction, daily maintenance and quality control to ensure its quality rate.
