Clinical Study of Cook Cervical Dilation Balloon and Foley Catheter for Cervical Ripening in Term Pregnancy

目的:分析Cook宫颈扩张球囊与Foley导尿管用于足月妊娠促宫颈成熟的临床效果。方法:将某院200例引产特征的足月孕妇随机地划分成实验组与对照组各100例,实验组采用Cook宫颈扩张球囊与Foley导尿管法促使宫颈成熟,而对照组则仅仅使用Cook宫颈扩张球囊法,对比两组在促宫颈的成熟度方面的效果。结果:1d之后的促宫颈成熟度分析可知,实验组显著优于对照组,分娩率得以强化,引产到临产时与胎儿窘迫率也显著递减(P<0.05)。结论:采用Cook宫颈扩张球囊与Foley导尿管用于足月妊娠促宫颈成熟是比较安全可靠的引产方法,值得临床学推广应用。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of Cook cervical dilation balloon and Foley catheter for cervical ripening in term pregnancy.Methods:200 full-term pregnant women with induced laborare treated in a hospital were divided into experimental group and control group,with 100 cases in each group.The experimental group received Cook cervical dilation balloon and Foley catheter method,while the control group was just given Cook cervical dilation balloon method.Then the effect of 2 groups on the maturation of cervix was compared.Results:The analysis of cervical ripening after 1 dshowed that the experimental group was better than control group,parturition rate was intensified,and the induction of labor to labor and fetal distress rate also decreased significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion:Conclusion Cook cervical dilatation balloon and Foley catheter for cervical ripening in term pregnancy is a safe and reliable method of labor induction,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
