血糖检验和尿糖检验在糖尿病患者中的临床价值

Clinical Value of Blood Glucose Test and Urine Test in Diabetic Patients

目的:探究血糖检验和尿糖检验在糖尿病患者中的临床应用价值。方法:选取某院收治的80例糖尿病患者为研究对象,所有患者均接受血糖检验和尿糖检验,血糖检验的内容为空腹血糖和餐后2h血糖检验,尿糖检验为晨尿血糖,观察并分析两种血糖检验结果。结果:尿糖的测定浓度越高,血糖的测定浓度也会相应提升,二者是呈正相比的关系。尿糖检测出有5例患者为阴性经血糖检测均呈现出不同的血糖浓度升高。结论:尿糖与血糖呈正比关系,可以将尿糖检测作为糖尿病患者初步筛查的检验方式,若需要进一步或精确的检验仍需要采用血糖检验。

Objective:To explore the clinical value of blood glucose test and urine sugar test in patients with diabetes mellitus.Methods:Eighty patients with diabetes mellitus admitted to a hospital were enrolled in the study.All the patients received blood glucose test and urine glucose test.The content of blood sugar test was fasting blood glucose and postprandial 2 H blood sugar test,and the urine sugar test was morning urine glucose.Two blood glucose test results were observed and analyzed.Results:The higher the concentration of urinary glucose,the higher the concentration of blood glucose,so the were positive correlation.Urine glucose detection of 5 patients were negative by the two blood glucose test showed a different blood glucose concentration increased.Conclusion:Urine glucose is directly proportional to blood glucose,urine test can be used as the initial screening test for diabetic patients,if need further or precise test still need to use blood sugar test.
