甲氨蝶呤联合宫腔镜治疗CSP的疗效分析

Clinical Effect Analysis of Methotrexate Combined with Hysteroscopy in the Treatment of Cesarean Scar Pregnancy

目的:观察甲氨蝶呤、宫腔镜联合方案治疗剖宫产瘢痕妊娠-CSP的效果。方法:选取某院剖宫产瘢痕妊娠患者66例(2014年12月~2016年12月期间),将其分段随机分为对照组(肌内注射甲氨蝶呤联合宫腔镜)与观察组(甲氨蝶呤囊内注射方案、宫腔镜联合治疗)各33例,对比两组β-HCG情况和不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组剖宫产瘢痕妊娠患者的4~14dβ-HCG情况优于对照组,发生的总不良反应数据低于对照组,P<0.05。结论:治疗剖宫产瘢痕妊娠-CSP使用甲氨蝶呤、宫腔镜联合的方案,效果可观。

Objective:To observe the effect of methotrexate combined with hysteroscopy in the treatment of cesarean scar pregnancy(CSP).Methods:66 patients with cesarean scar pregnancy treated in a hospital from December 2014 to December 2016 were randomly divided into control group(intramuscular injection of methotrexate combined with hysteroscopy)and observation group(methotrexate intra capsular injection combined with hysteroscopy),with 33 cases in each group,The situation of beta-HCG and the incidence of adverse reactions of two groups were compared.Results:Theβ-HCG of cesarean scar pregnancy patients in the observation group was better than that of the control group at 4~14 days.The total adverse reaction data(12.12%)was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of methotrexate combined with hysteroscopy in the treatment of cesarean scar pregnancy is considerable.
